Rabbit Software is a workflow and automation specialist company who make extremely good coffee for our staff and customers who come to visit us. The majority of our competition will serve you bad coffee, which is important, as it says a lot about the real value they place on you beyond the contract they want you to sign. As for tea, given that most of our competitors originate from North America, it goes without saying that they have very little understanding of tea.
Beyond not poisoning our customers, our focus is always to ensure that you get the right solution to your problem, including making sure that we can identify a proper return on your investment before starting the project. Let's face it, if you come away thinking that we have wasted your money, then we are unlikely to have a very long relationship, regardless of the quality of our coffee.
By using our platform as a tool to build tailored solutions, rather than selling you a solution regardless of the objectives, we are able to incorporate "business sensible" decision making into technology decisions, ensuring that your objectives, pain points and current processes can be holistically considered within the art of the possible.
Everything is workflow
From on-boarding a new member of staff or customer, to preparing a monthly management update document, all of these have one thing in common, namely that they are definable as a set of processes or self contained tasks which have a direction of flow from start to completion.
Workflow automation or BPM platforms such as ours allow for the definition, setting up, performing and monitoring of a sequence or sequences of tasks (which can be individual processes in themselves), with a view to improving the reliability, increasing the productivity and agility, reducing the costs and improving organisational data sharing quality involved with any given undertaking.
